Installation Via HACS Recommended

The Home Assistant Community Store (HACS) is a community-driven package manager for Home Assistant that simplifies the discovery and installation of custom integrations. This method requires a functioning HACS installation. If HACS is not available, it must be installed first, or the integration can be installed manually.

NOTE

Installing via HACS is the recommended method because it automatically tracks new releases and displays them directly within the Home Assistant Updates dashboard.
